Synchronica offers two levels of support. Depending on the level of support which you have chosen, you will either be able to access the helpdesk 24/7, or during regular German business hours.
Access to the helpdesk during German business hours is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 Central European Time (07:00 to 16:00 GMT). The helpdesk is closed on German public holidays.
Outside of these hours, Severity 1 and 2 critical issues which require immediate attention must be raised by telephone. Non-critical issues may be raised outside of support business hours via email.
