Synchronica is dedicated to continous improvement of its Support Services. We are currently setting up a Customer Satisfaction Survey, which will be sent to our customers on resolution of their service case submitted via phone, email or web. The Customer Satisfaction Survey will also be available to customers, partners and resellers, as well as trial users of our software in this area of the web site.
