The DAT-Dieselbarometer is a monthly update about the affects of the discussions about diesel in Germany. It's goal is to aid the objectification of this much-discussed topic by both the industry and the media. The first publication was in April 2017 and is the result of intensive observation of the market (e.g. Used vehicle values and number of days standing at dealerships before sale) and representative surveys of consumers, businesses, and further players in the automotive industry. A group of experts, made up of dealers and industry representatives, regularly meets at the DAT headquarters in Ostfildern to discuss the results of the current Dieselbarometer.
